There is truly no better feeling than being on the sideline for historic moments across any level of athletic competition. Throughout my time as a sports anchor/reporter, I've covered state championship runs, historic upsets and everything in between. Something that I've been doing these past couple years is taking every highlight/event that I've covered and putting them together to see my progression throughout the year. I now feel confident that the product that I put out mirrors professional work on the field/court/you name it!

[Pictured on the left] is my progression my junior year at the University of Missouri-Columbia during my internship at the ABC-affiliate (KMIZ) as a sports intern. Through this internship I learned how to generate the best highlights and gain a stronger social media presence.
[Pictured on the right] is the fall season of 2020 also at the University of Missouri-Columbia working at the NBC-affiliate (KOMU) as a sports anchor/reporter. Covid-19 presented some major challenges toward covering different sporting events, but we made it through and learned how to navigate it!
